recently saw Ulrich F. Ackermann, Managing Partner of TRANSEARCH Germany, and
Vincent Swift, Chairman of TRANSEARCH in Asia, re-elected to the AESC Global and
Regional Boards.

Ackermann, Managing Partner of TRANSEARCH Germany and Vincent Swift, Chairman of
TRANSEARCH in Asia were both recently re-elected to the AESC Global and Regional
Boards. Uli is not only a member of the Global and European Board but also Chairman
of AESC Deutschland. Vincent was re-elected as Chairman of the Asia Pacific Council,
which he was instrumental in establishing, while also been elected as Chair for the
Global Board.

The Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC) is the worldwide professional
association for the retained executive search industry. Its mission is to promote
the highest professional standards in retained executive search consulting, broaden
public understanding of the executive search process, and serve as an advocate for
